“Home?” at the San Francisco Playhouse
Home? is a deep, engrossing, and sometimes even fun way to contemplate Palestine. It's much better path to understanding than simply seething about the horrors of October 7th, Gaza, or endemic apartheid.

Ripcord is a very funny, fun play, and it grabs because it also has a message. Ripcord jumps out as a five-star production!
This EARNEST is an old chestnut well roasted with some spice added to its normal vanilla flavoring. A 5-star performance.
Powerfully written and performed, Jitney at Oregon Shakespeare Festival definitely is a -- maybe THE -- highlight of the theater season.
There is enough tragic revenge in today’s world. I recommend that folks see SF Playhouse's fun, fearless FAT HAM and adopt the supportive community outlook on life.
The staging, pacing and acting are flawless throughout Oregon Shakespeare Festival's FAT HAM. There are no drags on this performance which rates 5 stars.
Strong, flawless acting delivers an extraordinary, complicatedly written, compelling, impossble to answer question about the goodness of the play's characters. The only thing you realize for certain is that you will never know for sure who the good person/people is/are! 5 Stars out of 5!
Behfarmaheen is must-see, touching, detailed show featuring a man whose work I’ve long enjoyed. He must have incredible guts to put so any sides of him on stage for us.
"Coriolanus" fails at presenting an intersting story, showing real characters, or offering any connection with the audience. 1 Star out of 5.
"Much Ado About Nothing" is another OSF production that is possibly the best version of the play you'll ever see. Damn! 5 Stars out of 5!
