Syntax Workman Kulik Dog

Syntax Workman Kulik Dog
January 10, 1992 – March 20, 2009

Syntax Workman Kulik DogSyntax passed away in Geoffrey’s arms this afternoon after a 12-hour illness.

She was preceded in death by her long-time companion Audit who died just two months ago.

The vet identified spleen tumors which have been growing for many months;  after Audit left the pack Syntax let the disease progress and spread to where it manifested in her brain today.

Syntax was a perfect girl. She was our first:  the dog that proved we wanted pets.

She is survived by 7 children, born 13 years ago.  Syntax was the mother of Vector and Array in our pack.

We will miss her and will cherish her memory.

Syntax Did Very Well For Herself When You Think About It Ozdachs

You called her a 17 year old earlier today but in “dog years” she was well over a 100 years old. It sounds like she lived her life to the fullest in both quality and quantity.

    My condolences on your loss,

    Robin Edgar

Oh guys … I’m so sorry. it’s my perception that Syntax was always a VERY special member of the pack, going, perhaps, beyond just being the first member. Please accept my condolences.

I was with Sue and Jeff and Karyn Dionne tonight when we got the word that Syntax had passed away. Your message brought tears to our eyes. She was a lovely girl and will be fondly remembered.
Hug everyone a little closer and know you are in my thoughts.

  13. Sorry to hear about that. When getting a dog, we realize that we’ll probably live longer than it does, but that doesn’t make the parting any easier.

so very sorry Galen and Geoff

    Hi guys,
I am so sad to hear about little Syntax. There is nothing harder than letting go of such a dear friend. I was not aware that you had already lost Audit too.
Sally and I just said good bye to our girl Golden, Bailey a couple of weeks ago and it left such a big hole in our lives.
Hope to see you at convention. Maybe we can have a couple of drinks to celebrate our dogs lives.
    Love,
    Anne

Oh ouch. I was hoping that in catching up, I’d see more news, but I’m so sorry the news was this.

They leave holes in our hearts when they go. 🙁
