Geoff’s CPA firm uses this statement as a mantra for its business development courses. Since Christmas, my measurement and management seems focused on music downloads.

Pleasant, if not productive.

iTunes is great for managing my tunes. I spent most of last night ripping more CD’s

I feel like such an addict with iTunes. I have a stack of CD’s by the computer. I walk by the computer and feed another in. A few minutes later, I interrupt what I’m doing to feed iTunes another. I excuse myself from the conversation in the front room to do another one. I hang around the PC at bedtime to see if I can do just one more before sleep. I pop a disk in if I wake up in the middle of the night.

I think I can stop any time I want. Really. I just don’t want to.
